We the People are Assemblig grand juries all over Texas and the Nation. We require 26 jurors to serve on a Grand Jury assembly in Texas. The Grand Jury will review evidence, and deliberate to determine whether a True Bill (indictment) or No Bill (no indictment) should be issued. Unlike traditional court proceedings, this Grand Jury operates under common law Natural Rights Genesis 1:26, 27, principles derived from the Magna Carta, meaning there is no judge—only an administrator overseeing the process.
Once the Grand Jury reaches a decision, the case may proceed to a Petit Jury (trial jury) of 12 members in a Texas Law Court of Law for final adjudication or to the office in violation of the Constitutional of Rights
Disclaimer: The Grand Jury is separate from the government.
This initiative reinforces the foundational principle that “the people” hold the ultimate authority in lawful matters, ensuring accountability and transparency in governance.
